How do I delete a plan?
You can set a Plan to Inactive on the Plan Info page for any plan in your account. If you want a Plan completely removed from your account, please contact our support team (Fi360support@broadridge.com) with the name of the Plan you would like removed.

How are FirmPlus fund scores calculated?
Scores are calculated against either specific thresholds (e.g. > 1 ) or are against FirmPlus created peer groups and rankings.
Peer groups are created by taking all registered products in a particular Morningstar category, ranking them by each individual metrics and then slotting in all non-registered products (i.e. CITs, ETFs, Separate Accounts and Variable/Group Annuities) once that 1-100 ranking has been created.
Why is a client's logo not appearing on my report?
When adding a logo to your Customer, Prospect, or Service Provider's profile, you must make sure that the file you are choosing is an image file (IMG/PNG.) If you don't have an image file in place, your logo will not appear on your reports. If you don't know where to go to add your logo, click the link for Customer Setup.
