Tool Suite access and billing are changing |

LPL’s goal is to support your plan business by providing you with best-in-class, cost-effective retirement planning solutions and support. Starting January 2022, LPL’s proprietary Tool Suite will be replaced with Broadridge Fi360’s firmplus platform, and users will access the platform and manage billing directly with Broadridge Fi360. The transition will provide a simplified pricing structure, and an integrated support experience, while providing the same in-tool user experience you’re used to. Reports and monthly record-keeping data will stay the same, as will your access to vault functionality, including any previously stored reports and data.
What’s next? Broadridge Fi360 will reach out to you directly in the following weeks to set-up access and billing. IMPORTANT: 3(38) approved advisors are required to maintain the minimum due diligence technology offering (firmplus) to remain RPCP-approved.
