If you're experiencing slow load times when attempting to import a Recordkeeper data-feed into a Plan in FirmPlus, setting the Provider Product can help speed things up! Please see this video and the instructions below for details on how to make this change for Plans in your FirmPlus account.
How to Set the Provider Product
- Access the Plan List from the FirmPlus Navigation Menu
- Click on a Plan Name.
- Click the Menu button in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click the Setup toggle.
- Click Plan Configuration and then Plan Info.
- On the Plan Info screen, use the Provider Product drop-down to select the Provider Product for the Plan.
- Click the Save button to save your changes.
Provider Product Not Available
If a Provider Product you're looking for is not an available option to choose, contact our support team and include the name of the Provider Product, and if in your possession the list of tickers for funds available on the platform. We will then reach out to the Provider and get the Provider Product added ASAP.
