After creating Activities for your Plans you can produce Activity Reports. Activity Reporting is completed through the Investment Monitoring Report.
Generate Activity Report
- Access the Plan List screen by clicking "Plan List" in the navigation menu at the top of the page.
- Click the Plan Name for the plan you wish to generate an Activity Report for.
- Click the hamburger menu icon in the upper left-hand corner next to the FirmPlus logo. The menu will slide in from the left.
- In the menu click the Reports option, the menu will expand. Click the Investment Monitoring option. You will arrive on the Investment Monitoring screen.
- Move the Activity Reporting in the Available Sections list on the left to the Chosen Sections list. Do this by clicking on the Activity Report section and clicking the right pointing arrow.
- When the section is moved the Activity Report Options widget will appear at the bottom of the screen. In this section you can optionally set a date range for your report, set the report title, and whether or not to include Services data.
- Click the Generate Report button.
- When your report is finished generating a link to View Report will appear. Clicking this link will open/download the report (depending on your web-browser settings)
